In collaboration with Techniker Krankenkasse in Osnabrück, our second-year apprentices had the opportunity to take part in an exciting and informative cookery course. They were given valuable tips for a healthy diet and learnt various preparation techniques under the expert guidance of Mr Hollinghaus. The course also offered exciting insights into the importance of a balanced diet for their health and performance.
In addition to their technical knowledge, the trainees were also able to strengthen their teamwork skills by preparing creative dishes together.
