In cooperation with AOK Niedersachsen, we were able to organise three "Health Days" at our head office in Wallenhorst. Eiffage Infra-Nordwest only had to provide the premises - the AOK took care of the rest.
The following modules were offered:
- Back check with the Back-Check device
- Infrared body analysis (Futrex)
- Balance board
- Fat and sugar exhibition
Appointments had to be booked in advance for the back check and infrared body analysis modules, as one session alone lasted 20 minutes. The balance board and the fat and sugar exhibition could be used on all days without an appointment.
The aim of the campaign was to support our employees in continuing to feel like a "rock in the surf", not becoming "hamsters in the wheel" and continuing to "stay in balance". A small "challenge" developed among colleagues on the balance board alone, which was great fun for everyone.
