During the structural work on the new Rotes Rathaus station at the time, a shoring beam was "recovered" during the drilling work, which was initially interpreted as "art in construction" due to its new contour and has now found its place as a monument on Alexanderplatz, north-east of the entrance to Rotes Rathaus station.
During the inauguration on 24 August 2023, thanks were expressed to all those involved and the new location contributed to a lasting memory.
